There are many tools and resources available for you to use in managing your individual OPERS account.

Online Account

Your Online Account allows you to access your OPERS account information 24 hours a day. You can view your statement and print a customized statement, you can make allocation changes and fund exchanges in your individual account, and you can update your personal account information.


The OPERS Help Line -- 1-866-673-7748 -- is the toll-free telephone number you can call to speak with a counselor about the features of your individual defined contribution account in the Member-Directed and Combined plans. Combined Plan members should call the OPERS Member Services Center at 1-800-222-7377 for more information about the defined benefit component of their individual account.

As an eligible member in either Plan, you also may make an appointment to meet one-on-one with a counselor at the OPERS office at 277 East Town Street. Or, you may have your questions answered over the telephone in a 30-minute counseling session. Call the OPERS Member Services Center at 1-800-222-7377 to schedule one of these counseling sessions.

The Ohio PERSonal Investor

The quarterly newsletter will give you added information about how to manage your account. It includes an Investment Education and Investment Perspectives section, as well as the total returns for the OPERS Investment Options. Hot Topics are often included to keep you up-to-date on workshops and other pertinent defined contribution issues.
